張律師不僅擁有台美法學雙碩士，也是台灣少數從事過大型龍頭企業法務及法令遵循專業經理人、知名大型律師事務所商務律師、美國政府部門服務與中小型律師事務所資深律師等多方位專業經歷之人才。藉由超過十年的豐富執業經驗，以不同的角度與觀點提供專業意見，追求當事人最佳利益。曾協助多家知名外商、上市櫃公司、中小企業辦理訴訟、非訟業務與兩岸法律事務，更曾代理知名慈善基金會處理社會矚目案件等，深受客戶的肯定與信賴。

張律師於執業期間同時取得輔仁大學財經法律研究所碩士，論文由前司法院長賴英照教授指導，著重於證券交易法操縱行為，並高分獲得通過。研究所在學時曾獲頒理律文教基金會獎學金，畢業時亦獲學校推舉成為中華民國斐陶斐榮譽學會榮譽會員。同年並獲美國數所法學院錄取。最後，張律師選擇就讀明尼蘇達大學法學院，該校並給予高額獎學金，畢業後更獲選在美國當地政府部門服務。

張律師於大學期間除代表學校參加理律盃辯論賽，並參於法律服務社，曾參於偏遠地區法律服務，更曾於臺灣桃園地方法院、法律扶助基金會、桃園市政府消費者保護中心與犯罪被害人保護協會等單位擔任司法志工，除將所學回饋社會，亦累積相當豐沛的實務經驗。

Ernest Chang not only holds dual master’s degrees in Taiwanese and American law but is also a multi-talented individual with extensive professional experience in various fields, including serving as a legal and compliance professional for large leading corporations, a business lawyer for a well-known large law firm, a law clerk for US government agencies, and a senior lawyer for small and medium-sized law firms. With over ten years of rich professional experience, he offers professional opinions from different perspectives and viewpoints to pursue the best interests of his clients. He has assisted numerous well-known foreign companies, listed companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises in litigation, non-litigation business, and cross-strait legal affairs. He has also represented prominent charity foundations in handling high-profile cases and has been highly praised and trusted by his clients.

During his practice, Ernest also obtained a master’s degree in finance and law from Fu Jen Catholic University. He wrote a thesis on securities trading manipulation behavior under the guidance of former President of the Judicial Yuan Professor Dr. In-Jaw Lai and passed with high grades. He was awarded a Lee and Li Scholarship from the Lee and Li Foundation during his graduate studies, and was recommended by the school to become an honorary member of The Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society upon graduation. He was also accepted by several American law schools that year. In the end, Ernest chose to attend the University of Minnesota Law School, which offered him a generous scholarship and was subsequently selected to serve in a local government agency in the United States after graduation.

During his university years, Ernest not only represented the school as a main debater in the Lee and Li Moot Court Competition, but also participated in the Legal Services Society, providing legal services in remote areas. He also volunteered as a judiciary volunteer in various units such as the Taiwan Taoyuan District Court, the Legal Aid Foundation Taoyuan Branch, the Taoyuan City Government Consumer Protection Committee, and the Association For Victims Support, giving back to society and accumulating considerable practical experience.
